The first trouble is that Google Assistant can’t send a message on telegram to telegram bot, because it’s not possible to set telegram number for the telegram bot as common telegram user. I can set up HA receiving message from telegram bot (for example “/something”) to trigger some action. HA sends me via telegram bot some notifications. I use telegram bot cooperating with home assistant.
